Science Hero publishes digital research reports and educational content covering topics including wellness, longevity, female health and emerging scientific research.

By accessing or using the Science Hero website, downloading a Free Report, subscribing to our communications, or purchasing a Premium Report, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or use services that require registration.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

Science Hero provides scientific research summaries and educational information.

Our reports and website content are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

They do not constitute:

• medical advice;
• diagnosis;
• treatment recommendations;
• professional healthcare advice;
• a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information contained in a Science Hero report or on our website.

Product pages describe the content, format, price and key features of each report before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a report provides you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the report for your own private or professional informational purposes.

You may not:

• resell a Science Hero report;
• redistribute the complete report publicly;
• upload the report to public file-sharing platforms;
• reproduce substantial portions for commercial distribution;
• remove copyright, branding or proprietary notices;
• represent Science Hero content as your own work.

Reasonable quotations for commentary, education or academic reference remain subject to applicable copyright law.

Where checkout is provided through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.

This means the customer purchases the digital product through Paddle, while Science Hero remains the publisher and provider of the underlying content.

Paddle may handle:

• payment processing;
• applicable sales taxes, VAT or similar transaction taxes;
• receipts and payment documentation;
• chargebacks;
• refunds;
• payment-related customer support.

The price displayed before checkout is the applicable price for the report, subject to any taxes or adjustments shown during checkout.

Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to transactions processed through Paddle.

Premium Reports are intended to be made available electronically after successful payment.

Access may be provided through:

• an immediate download page;
• a secure download link;
• email delivery;
• another clearly disclosed digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout where email delivery is used.

Purchases of immediately delivered digital content are subject to our separate Refund Policy and, where Paddle processes the transaction, Paddle's applicable buyer and refund terms.

Because digital reports can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally unavailable once the report has been successfully delivered or downloaded, except where:

• the customer has been charged more than once;
• the wrong product was supplied;
• the digital file is materially defective or inaccessible and we cannot resolve the problem;
• Paddle approves a refund;
• applicable law requires a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Science Hero may offer Free Reports in exchange for an email address or other basic contact information.

Where required, marketing communications are sent only with appropriate consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the email.

Operational messages relating to a requested download or purchase may still be sent where necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, the Science Hero name, branding, report design, editorial structure, original commentary, graphics and original written material are owned by or licensed to Science Hero.

Underlying scientific papers, third-party trademarks, quotations and external materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Science Hero intellectual property to the user.

We aim to maintain reliable access to the website and digital products but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages or security issues may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Science Hero is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of educational information contained in our reports or website.

Users remain responsible for their own health, financial, professional and personal decisions and should consult appropriate qualified professionals where necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Science Hero may link to scientific journals, publishers, institutions, clinical-trial databases and other third-party websites.

We do not control those external websites and are not responsible for their availability, privacy practices or content.

We may update these Terms as Science Hero, our products, applicable laws or service providers evolve.

The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.

To the extent that a dispute is directly between you and Science Hero and is not governed by separate Paddle buyer terms or mandatory consumer law, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
